ISO 4190 is a multi-part international standard published by ISO that establishes planning and dimensional requirements for electric passenger lifts (ISO 4190-1), goods lifts (ISO 4190-2), service lifts (ISO 4190-3), and accessibility (ISO 4190-5). Part 1 specifies car dimensions, door widths, hoistway sizes, and machine room sizes for standard load classes (from 320 kg to 5000 kg).
