The door guide (upper track assembly) supports and guides the door hanger rollers along a precisely machined track. The guide maintains panel alignment, prevents lateral deflection, and distributes door panel loads. Guides must be level, straight, and free of corrosion or damage. Bent or corroded guides cause roller derailment, rough door operation, and accelerated wear of hanger rollers and gibs. Guide condition is checked during each maintenance visit.
